1. Why do I need the Maine Wedding Planner?
A. This is one of the very few wedding portals that concentrate on just Maine weddings. It is a local site owned by a local wedding professional.

2. I'm a little frustrated at the small number of listings. Why are there so few?
A. The Maine Wedding Planner was started in late 2004 originally for the benefit of those on the preferred list on Jim Casey Entertainment.

New sites built from the ground up are slow to build, but we're over 40 wedding professionals now and growing.

3. Is it true that you have Community Forums where Wedding vendors may join in the discussion?
A. YES! The Community is there for you. There are no "Trolls" on the Maine Wedding Planner site (such as The Knot and others).

We expect that our brides will have questions that only those in the know can answer. That's why we have established our Forums as Vendor friendly.

There are three distinct areas of our Forums

• Brides Only

• Brides and Wedding Professionals

• Wedding Professionals Only

4. When will I know if I won the Cruise Giveaway?
A. The Maine Wedding Planner will be giving away some great prizes beginning on January 31, 2008.
